Shuttle to Chimney Bay - North end of Beausoleil Island

(50 mins by way of Cedar Spring)

The northern portion of Beausoleil Island offers a more rugged hiking experience, with trails around Fairy Lake featuring exposed granite bedrock, elevation changes, and sections that can be slippery when wet, making them better suited for confident hikers rather than those with limited mobility or young children. For those willing to explore, this area delivers some of the park’s most breathtaking scenery, with sweeping views of Georgian Bay, clear blue water, and windswept white pines set against classic Canadian Shield rock. Along the way, you’ll find plenty of quiet spots to pause for a picnic or take a refreshing swim.
